CRT values each of its employees. Everyone wants to help you reach your full potential and know that your work is valued. There are multiple employee appreciation events throughout the year, including the annual summer picnic and Christmas party, food trucks in the summer, and the annual golf outing.

-Great company culture and community involvement -Tremendous total compensation package considering the shift premiums, bonuses, 401k w/ matching, stock options and fully paid medical benefits for the employee AND their family -Hard work is rewarded -Lots of potential for growth. Many people that have stuck it out here have been promoted multiple times.

-the environment is fast paced with a high sense of urgency. It can be high stress at times for some
