Can't say much bad things I liked it but had to move to another state.

- Office staff allegedly sits around on their phones all day, then complains about us blue collar workers - Relatively low pay - Profit sharing doesn't start until you have worked there for a year, and you wont see your check until the year after that - Extremely high turnover for a reason - Management has allegedly fired multiple employees who give 2 weeks notice, while allegedly robbing them of their paid time off - be courteous to yourself and use up all of your vacation time before quitting - Management wants all office workers to be puppets for low pay, meanwhile someone from a rich local family name will allegedly become the next ceo - Allegedly racist staff (Personally heard slurs and other racial comments directed toward minorities from both employees and management, allegedly) coincidentally very few minorities employed
