Working on Aircraft parts that run the planes we fly in can be super rewarding. There is a strong sense of why quality and timeliness is so important. Pay and Benefits is on par with the rest of the market.

Cons

Advancement is possible, but often takes months (Sometimes years) to change jobs once a new job has been accepted. Carrer paths often feel stalled, as management struggles with urgency of replacing an employee who has accepted another internal job.
