Good pay and free health coverage Good staff, very friendly Places to move up to and grow

Cons

Have to be able to work through the hours you're scheduled for. Usually on your feet for at least 8 hours a day. Very precise parts to deal with. Up to 1500 pounds that need to be lifted with a hook and handled properly. Can be scary at times. Dangerous chemicals such as J83, J84, Nitric acid, and phosphoric acid

This company makes decisions to ignore/hide major defects in turbine engine parts. They also have no grasp on realistic time frames for part refurbishment.

Ok Money, Most people on the floor are good, if you want overtime you've got it.

Cons

Poor management, Lack of trust If you make even minor mistakes be prepared to be put on probation which prohibits you from moving to other departments or any pay raises. Work here for 6 months-1 year then leave
