Pros

This is a fantastic company to work for. I have worked for large companies before and this company is 10000 times better. I do not have a single bad thing to say about this company. Not saying they are perfect by any means, they are real but they truly care about their people and if you support C1 they will support you right back.

Cons

Not enough openings, I can't bring all of my friends to work here!

Pros

Average benefits (health, pto, 401k)

Cons

Over the past few years, the culture has changed a lot, and not for the better. Employees are often not treated like valued contributors and rarely receive positive feedback even after going above and beyond. Communication from leaders and managers is inconsistent, and workloads consistently increase without additional support or compensation. There are some really good people in the company, but the environment doesn’t reflect the values the organization promotes. I’ve watched some very talented people leave and heard many of the same frustrations from others. If you’re considering working here, I’d recommend asking questions about management, communication, workload expectations, and how employees are supported. Better yet, look elsewhere.

Pros

Compensation and vacation benefits are in line with averages. Overall, it is a fairly positive work environment, and there is optimism that current challenges are being addressed by leadership.

Cons

Leadership and management roles are frequently filled by external candidates, which can limit internal advancement opportunities. While some employees appreciate stability, limited growth potential across departments may lead to disengagement for others. Additionally, visibility and recognition often appear to be influenced by perception, which over time may discourage initiative and participation.
