- Teams are dynamic and cross-functional - There are lots of people with great ideas working together to create an exciting product- It's inspiring to be a part of the team! - All employees make a difference and have a voice - Compensation and benefits are VERY competitive - Team-building and relationships are important - C-level executive are accessible and down to earth
Cons
While no company is perfect, Comprehend is definitely one of the most fun and exciting I have ever worked for. It is a "young" company and there is occasional chaos and confusion. But the excitement and positive outlook far outweigh any negatives.
