(1) World-class VC-backing; (2) solving a deeply meaningful, real-world problem; with (3) product/market/business-model fit; and (4) a sales pipeline now bursting at the seams. If you are looking for more than that in a startup, God bless you. Yet there is more: Smart, down-to-earth founders with domain origins and deep technical expertise, a very warm, diligent team overall, and great work-life balance. ***Regarding the negative reviews from 2016 - all valid, from what I understand about about the history before I arrived and after. That said, the situation has improved significantly since and we are now very well positioned.
Cons
From the standpoint of gratitude, it's difficult to think of a bona fide con. To the extent there is opportunity cost in all things, that would be it.
