Pros
Working at Comprehend has given me the opportunity to expand my technical skillset beyond what I could have achieved at previous companies. Management is great about encouraging employees to seek out projects that they are interested in and to become involved. They are constantly evaluating and implementing new technology which makes the work interesting and fun.
It is realistic to maintain a reasonable work/life balance working at Comprehend. Management and company policies are very flexible in terms of working hours, travel, time off, working from home, etc.
Working at a startup like Comprehend is an exciting, faced-paced environment. You learn a ton and gain exposure to aspects of running a company that you might not get elsewhere.
Cons
With a fast-paced environment typically comes a lot of change. Often that can be good but is also something you just have to get used to.
