Pros

It's an exciting time to be at Comprehend. There's never a shortage of work to be done—the company vision is ambitious, and it's a pleasure to help carry it out.

Cons

One of the best parts of working here is being able to make an outsized individual impact, and it takes hard work and a certain dynamism to really take advantage of that opportunity.

Pros

From the first day I started I felt welcomed into the Comprehend company. Everyone is very nice and helps ease the transition into learning new products, systems, and a new group of people. Benefits are great. Lots of work to do (as in any start-up company) but still have a work/life balance. Management team is open to listening to your feedback and have open door approaches. Comprehend is helping to make a difference in the world and that holds a lot of value on how I want to spend my working hours.

Cons

None to speak. So far I've enjoyed my time here at Comprehend and looking forward to the growth and potential there is to come.
