Pro #2 - Some dedicate and smart employees who want to make a positive impact in the world. Pro #3 - Cool office location as downtown Redwood City is underrated place to work.

Con #1 - No reference-able customers at this time. Con #2 - Too much politics for a company this size Con #3 - Lack of execution
