      Pros

      There are/were a lot of good people that work at Compucom.

      Cons

      The company business has been going downhill for years. They have had multiple changes in ownership and a lot of turnover in c-level leadership over the years. This has led to a lot of upheaval in the organization.

      Pros

      Some of the people are actually good individuals who want to help. That's the only positive I can give them.

      Cons

      This organization is unfortunately filled with many individuals who are manipulative. There is a lot of work that needs to be done to make this a healthy environment. The company is filled with many angry people for good reason, employees are not treated well, and many individuals make themselves sick trying to meet deadlines. Hard work is not enough here. It is a place where people constantly come and go, and for good reason. If you find yourself here, good luck.

      Pros

      Fast paced environment with opportunity to learn new cutting edge technology. Not like other reviewers I was promoted 2 times in 2 years at CompuCom. Plus had salary increases as well. Very good health and vision care plan from day 1! Pension plan after 2 years of service.

      Cons

      Turnover of employee's which has slowed down recently. Upper management has a new strategic plan which has been poorly communicated. Seems like the new Upper management live in an Ivory tower and don't understand the Service provider industry.
