      Okay company, but too many sales reps/managers. Carve out your niche if you expect promotion

      Pros

      flexible, good benefits, vacation time. Not micromanaged. Access to current/changing techonology.access to online training, tuition reimbursement.

      Cons

      You have to be highly motivated to get anywhere or you're stuck on an account. Outsource means you may not get benefits that headquarter employees do--paid bus passes, etc. Raises are miniscule if you get one at all.
