Pros
Some of my colleagues, great supportive bunch. For several years when I was looking for a better job I approached a colleague whose husband worked at Compucom asking if he could present my resume and help to get me inside. For whatever reason there never seemed to be a response. Working on the inside now for almost 18 months I can honestly say it has been a very disappointing experience working here and now I understand why I didn't receive a response earlier.
Cons
Micro management abounds. A thoroughly miserable experience. Almost everyone on my team is looking for alternative employment outside the company. Anyone with any talent should look elsewhere. It's a great place to feel disheartened. Indecision abounds.
