Pros

Some great people once worked there; only a small handful of great people remain.

Cons

CuC would seem to be on a collision course with the ground. HR Organization that fails miserably (with few exceptions) delivering on the basics to both employees and management. Leads one to wonder if some have any HR-related experience at all. Onerous and very difficult with which to work. Tends to sell things in a fashion inconsistent and/or poorly aligned with delivery. Once described as operating with a "wild west" mentality - meaning process be damned, or anything goes for example. Former CEO (departed approximately one year ago) Initiated the descent to mediocrity several years ago, surrounding himself with "B" leaders, who quickly surrounded themselves with "C" leaders, causing the "A" leaders to either exit, or remain and deal with the feckless leadership - read "amateur hour".

Pros

It's a source of income, value equals greater than 0, which is good? They don't care about what you do or where you are during office hours, so long as you get your job done. This was great for my personal development while holding steady income. Vacation time isn't bad; the longer you work, the more you earn.

Cons

No raises, not even for inflation, not even after 10 years, not even if you get promoted. No bonuses. No future. No "standard" pension contribution plan. HR is impossible to contact to correct/modify your pensions and benefits. Took two years to add my wife, unbelievable. Found out I had zero contributed after 10 years' service, after filling out forms for my pension during initial hire - I will take some of the blame here as I should have hounded them more when they kept blaming "system issues", then "system changes" then "system upgrades" when trying to get details on where it is my deductions are going. You will be expected to do the bare minimum, for a company which will try to do less than the bare minimum for you. There is no future here unless you are the type of individual who loves to coast through life. You have to listen to reports of profit increases for the company, while you receive no adjustments to your salary to reflect working for said richer employer. It makes you sick to your stomach to work for someone so greedy.
