      No raises or promotions for the last 5 years, the only people who make money are at the top. No benefit of doing well.

      Great company with amazing benefits,jobs and incentives, however, they underpay their employee’s way below the standard

      Pros

      Great benefits. They offer great programs in advancing yourself in your giving field. They pay for all certifications. They offer 13 days off (you earn 10 hours for everything month) plus 5 paid holiday. The jobs they offer are great and you learn a ton. Great company for young people with not a lot of expenses or responsibilities because the pay is terrible. If the pay was competitive, this would be an amazing company. If you do a good job upper management will acknowledge your hard work.

      Cons

      Salaries are not competitive at all. People are paid $16hr for a job that pays well over $25 an hour.
