Great Job but outsourcing of our work is becoming a genuine concern

Pros

Very solid benefits package; six weeks vacation (though this is no longer true for newer hires); flexible work-from-home policy (dependent on manager); excellent online training content

Cons

limited mentoring and upward\lateral movement opportunities; raises are difficult (if not impossible) to get; strong feeling that they prefer Mexico and/or India over American workers, likely because of pay requirement differences
