This is just about the CompCom - India/ Pune

Cons

Management is a big mess. Incapable Managers have been hired for wrong roles. No Employee support Full of politics. No proper policies including HR Policies. Policy will be changed as per management convenience. No employee retention policy. No recognition to good performers except a certificate/ award No value for creativity and innovation. No account/ project retention. Managers are happy to let the projects move out of India.
