      Pros

      The work is designed to be fast and easy. There isn't much wiggle room to climb up, but as a gig while going to college it wasn't bad and gave me some hands-on skills with commonly used support software

      Cons

      They don't pay the best, timelines can be tight, and it is a call center. It will take some getting used to having people call you while being in a foul mood.

      Pros

      A friendly work environment....Facilities are very nice. Great advanced education program. Operations run quite smoothly from day to day. A low stress job.

      Cons

      There are not alot but for a full time ob there is a lot of employment uncertainty. The company always has issues with location.Always rumors of relocating and laying off of employees.
