Company cuts budget but increases the amount of work, their rewards system is a joke, worked here for 2 years never got my one on one review to explain my review scores which were near perfect but I never received a raise because I didn't do any training courses on my own time, company never provided time for training during work hours, town hall meetings were all a joke.
