      Good Company need to focus on Revenue stream and projects

      Pros

      Compucom is a good company to work and enjoy the work. Good for freshers and Middle level people. Open culture. But all the managers are not the same. some people take benefits of team members who are working hard.

      Cons

      No pay hike as no projects pouring in. Sustainable revenue stream and new data center projects need to get from US or Europe or from APAC region.
