Pros
Decent benefits, checks did not bounce. Some decent management but few and far between. A place to start but not to end at.
Cons
No advancement or training opportunities, layoffs. Raises well don't hold your breath. Upper management has no clue on a lot of issues front line employees deal with and dont seem to care.
