Pros

If you have a desire to learn how not to run a company, this one is your best bet. Constant re-orgs will show you how to put people in charge that have no idea how their "new" department functions. Stagnant wages and constantly oversubscribing workers will show you how to increase attrition and raise turnover rates, thus consistently lowering customer service quality. Another valuable skill you will learn is how to train your overseas replacement. You get to start that process immediately. They call it a "knowledge base" and associate those training activities with "ITIL".

Cons

The CEO's hands are pretty much tied by the Bain Capital style (spinoff -THL)"Slash and Burn" Board of Directors. Once the investors have slashed and burned and squeezed all the cash and talent out of the company, saddled it with all the debt they can get their hands on, and outsourced virtually every tech job overseas, it will likely go belly up. Give it probably another 2 years.
