Canadian management team has very little direction. Strategic goals are just not here. Western sales team are farmers only with little outcome in times of economic downfall. Projects are randomly dealt with, no PM skills, no process. Sad for most customers that give CompuCom a chance.

No merit raises. I have worked here for almost 10 years and can only remember 1 time when merit raises were given. I have gotten promotions to advance my career and pay scale but as a net have been left behind others with the same skill sets and experience because they only promote to the bottom of the pay scale for a certain position and then never give raises.
