      Allows remote work from home depending on contract you work under. Very flexible hours.

      not a lot of room for salary growth.

      Good for start out and free certifications, 1 year maximum if you make it... No Chance for advancement.

      Cons

      Every thing else. Bad management, too much micro management. Field engineers/technicians are to blame for everything. No raises last 7 years. company restructures about every 9 months.

      Work at your own pace. Management is not looking over your shoulder. expect the numbers to be as expected.

      Cons

      it's been at least 3 years since there were any pay raises. then the last pay raise was around 2 per cent. doesn't even keep up with cost of living increases.
