Pros
You get to work from home and it's a decent work-life balance. Coworkers are friendly and it's a very fun work environment. Management makes you feel valued and you're given a decent amount of freedom to do your work as you see fit.
Cons
Low pay and little opportunity for advancement. The volume of work that is expected relative to the pay is simply unreasonable. Not sure if the buyout by CGM will change things, but it seems like new jobs are starting to open up. There is little, if any, communication between all departments and it's basically impossible to get movement on anything. You never get help when you need it. The product is glitchy and there are tons of defects that have been sitting in the backlog for years, so customers are unhappy and rightfully so. It's difficult to get help and there are few resources. Overall, I would not recommend working here.
