      Employee incentives and benefits are very nice here

      Company culture, lack of accountability, not an inclusive environment. Inconsistent training. Shaky infrastructure. Questionable company practices.

      Great people to work with.

      No room for growth without becoming a med tech. Unable to become one without changing shift time and management was against. Changed major and moved on.
