Good start as a fresher.

Cons

No hike, Freshers get more hike/Salary compared to experience. No value for your work, management people gain more benefits even thought they are not worthy.

Small Company,Good work life balance, pay at par or more than market rate in some cases,\ no stress work (depends on the project)

Cons

No training/ mentor-ship provided,not many projects to jump around in and learn something else if interested. Very bad BD team, not many new projects are coming in .No team building exercises in company. You come work and go home, no fun atmosphere.

Not professional. Very limited employees who behave professionally.. Its really hard to find all crap people under one roof. I wonder how compugain managers to gather all those together. Only 2 to 3 % are here who work . Rest all just pass time.
