      Being with the company for 4 years, Excellent consulting company, they have great financial client. I have referred couple of friends.

      Pros

      The work culture is very good here even though its a medium scale company(in size & capital). Peole here are supportive. The product & services that come out of it is of high quality. So it has a good reputation on the client side.

      Cons

      People coming from bigger company might not like the atmosphere because small companies have entirely different at the office.
