I had the worst experience working with Mr.Ram and Compugra systems in the USA. I was on H1B with the company and probably that was the biggest mistake I made to date. I have never met a greedy person like the CEO of this company. Wish I had read the reviews about the CEO before applying H1B through Compugra. We do all the hard work and in return, we have to beg to get our salary. He never paid my salary by himself without me repeatedly asking him to pay. He wont pay you for couple of months and does not realize how people can stay in the US without salary.Later I came in contact with few of his ex-employees who had worse experience than me.When you first meet Mr.Ram he talks very sweetly and talks ill about other big companies and acts as if he is running a million-dollar company. I initially had a lot of respect for him and then I realized that he is a liar and greedy person. He takes advantage of us being on H1B and makes false promises. He changes terms and conditions at his will and all he needs is your money. You ask him the money and he talks as if he is doing a favor for us but in reality, he is surviving with our hard-earned money. He makes ZERO efforts to take care of his employees. All the positive reviews are fake and probably paid as well. If anyone wants more information and dont want to fall into this trap please feel free to contact me. I shall give you the proofs and make sure that you don't go through horrible times as I did.
