Great place to work if your looking for stability.

Pros

Flexible hours. Low pressure for engineering position. Management structure is fairly flat so discussions with upper level management is possible.

Cons

Management structure is fairly flat so upper level positions are few. Stability is too good that abrasive employees are not properly dealt with. Standard raises every year, above average employees not awarded appropriately.

Pros

Great technology and products, pay is decent, benefits are OK, retirement plan is questionable. They do their own design and manufacturing, which is nice because everything is done at the same place.

Cons

It is an unusual family-owned culture. The usual politics in a family-owned company seem to be multiplied. But the biggest caveat, is that they are an "at will" employer and will not hesitate to exploit this loophole. You can be let go without notice, and without reason -- it happened to somebody not far from my department. Watch yourself with this company.
