      As an employee of Compunnel for 8 + years, I can vouch they are very standard with procedures, Paper work around Salaries, HR, Immigration. What ever they mentioned in the beginning of joining with them are all fulfilled in timely manner. Have a good, attentive marketing team with good connections. Who can help with finding new projects.

      Cons

      Need to have many direct end clients to work with.

      Pros

      Amazing marketing team which helps to find projects with clients who are Fortune 100 companies. HR team is very efficient in keeping the employees diligently updated about everything and sending reminder for important tasks for the employee to complete. Good communication between the staff and the employee. Salary is paid on the biweekly schedule without any delay.

      Cons

      No cons. Cant think of any issues.
