Pros
You get good appraisals provided you have the ability to keep nodding on everything which is coming from management.
Cons
No appreciation for people who put their soul to maintain a good repo with the clients, supports people who are irrelevant to the discussions but comes in the favourites category. Diversified workspace is a recommended thing but atleast rotten people should be removed(People who are staying from last 16 years but of no use)
