The teams are great. the team managers can more aptly be described as leaders and are very capable. The relationships here work on personal care and attention. It's been six months and the experience is great.I am learning everyday.New changes are incorporated everyday.

Cons

Changes in process are not taken very aptly. I haven't been promoted yet, so cannot say how the promotions and benefits work.
