Pros

Easy going Managers Good direction Felt good knowing you are contributing as a keyworker If you keep out of politics its lightwork Managers try to recognize hardwork Good atmosphere in the warehouse most times

Cons

Some interesting characters Not everyone is working to the same level... you can tell who the workhorses are because they stand out Pay is ok but a bonus wouldn't hurt to reflect the sheer numbers Politics can change the dynamic Uncertainty not much stability Feedback you give may or may not resonate well.
