Working patterns of shift seem to be a burden as there is no constant as a 9-5 job. Shift work takes a toll on health and time

- Keeping promises - For ( some people), probably yes . But for the most of the employees( 85%), absolutely not. - very political, my management were very gossipy. only certain people would be consider for development. - The company has a suffocating atmosphere ( you suppose to do the work where at least need 20 people in a team of 7) . - Shift work, not very well organized - Managers have little or no regard for staff. It’s a click environment built around favoritism. No structure for technical staff to gain promotion. If your an admin manager without technical skills there are opportunities. - I would not recommend this company because of it's professionalism. HR are very unprofessional and will discuss your matters with colleagues that the matter does not concern. There is a lot of swearing that goes on in the office and bad behaviur towards suppliers and clients. You will be promised things such as pay rises, promotions and they will never happen. The salary is not inline with competitors. There is a lot of gossiping that goes around. I left within 6 months, I felt like I was back at school. - Poor Management, poor salary , poor pay rises , the worst experience ever in my life (Run away)
