Pros

The culture is generally very good. Collaborative and supportive. Great benefits.

Cons

Engineers can feel pretty unappreciated compared to the sales team. Be prepared to work outside your job description and outside your salary hours. Pay is mediocre. If your every moment isn't logged on your calendar, you won't get any recognition for any work.

Pros

Great people and great culture. There are employees all over the country in offices and remote. There is a constant effort to keep team members engaged and feeling like they are part of the team. The leadership consistently looks inward to reward team members with growth opportunities. The last 5 years the company has grown rapidly by moving into additional markets and by acquisition. This trend is continuing, so there should be many opportunities for success at Computer Aided Technology for years to come. A cool new addition to the company: a rewards program where employees can earn gifts at major career milestones.

Cons

Over the past few years, there has been very rapid growth due to market changes and acquisitions. This growth leads to opportunities, but also to changes in systems, processes, and people. The growth can be exciting, but also take a toll on the teams as they learn new systems and processes.
