Pros
Everyone is extremely welcoming and friendly, I was brought up to speed at a comfortable pace and I'm given the time and tools needed to polish my skills and improve my expertise with the software. It was really easy to fit in to the office I'm located at and I thoroughly enjoy talking with my fellow coworkers.
Cons
Perhaps a con for some, the office locations are scattered across several states, so members of your team or even your boss are potentially in different locations. Overall this isn't that big of a deal since it is easy to reach each other using Skype or phones. At no point in time do I ever feel isolated from the rest of the company.
