Pros
They have some great ideas. I believe most management wants to be engaged and helpful when you can reach them. Decent opportunity to make commissions but base pay is low for this industry.
Cons
The culture is hard to describe. They can make you feel very included and part of the "family", BUT there is definitely an inner circle/click that you soon discover after working there for a while. Some employees receive more accounts, better territories and favors. Others do not. I missed the small close knit company culture that I expected to have at CATI. I was not part of the inner circle. They do terminate a lot of sales reps without notice or reason so be careful. Reps are expected to be on the road a lot! If you have a family it will suffer for this reason and they do not care.
