Pros

Computer Aided Technology is a market leader in a cutting edge industry. It's easy to get excited about the abilities and solutions that the company can provide. Additionally, employees are treated with respect and are provided the tools to succeed and advance.

Cons

Order management workflow increase to complete end of month close, but it's never more than a few hours on a single day. Just know that the last day of the month should be kept free of plans if possible.
