Pros

The call volume is moderate. Metrics are easy to meet. The job is rather simple overall.

Cons

They hire people with hardly any technical skills which slows down training. They provide a lot of info within a short time frame. Navigating the system is really complex.

hours pressure from most team leaders to do OT (asking till you say yes, you can say no but u have to keep saying no till they leave you in peace)
