Pros
It's a great company to start, lots of young people, many projects to choose from if you want to move up in the company and the team leaders are very helpful. I worked on Bucharest location for the Sprint Project.
Cons
The working hours are bit demanding, especially the night shift, but it's understandable since there is a time zone difference between USA and Europe.
