Remote is a plus, you can work on site too - Bonuses

Cons

Shift program takes away all day - bonuses are hard to reach - ask the important questions yourself so you can have the right information

A little more money than other companies but not worth it

Cons

Horrible training, sent us on calls unprepared, platform that mostly doesn't work. Forced to accept the customers talking to us any way they want

training but that is really exaggerated to count it as a "pro"

Cons

Toxic management, working up to 11 continuous days, many rules that are unwritten in the contract, unrealistic standards, "Dynamic nature" is really just a haotic schedule & department changes every few weeks with the same salary, very bad systems (laggy and mostly broken), etc.
