Pros

There is nothing negative that I have experienced while working for CGS company. Everyone are just so nice and pleasant. And this is is honestly the best experience I am having in general! Great working environment as well!

None. Excellent place to work at!

Pros

None. This company is run by a CEO who doesn't care about their employees from the top to bottom. In my 10+ years I never meet the CEO.

Cons

Didn't get a pay raise in over 8 years. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Worse starting pay for industry.

Pros

Call center had a laid back environment with a very friendly staff. Promoted 3 or 4 times while there for 3 years.

Cons

Always asked to come in early and stay late, hours are not the best. Required overnight shift once a week.
