Pros

Awesome support, lots of colleagues to interact with, interactive coaching and meeting sessions, you are allowed to be self efficient

Pros

Good to get experience if you want to work in a call center

Cons

Disorganized, bad benefits. Agents are capped at 13/hr and don't have freedom to use the bathroom outside of scheduled breaks. Supervisors don't make much more money and the expectations for them are super unrealistic. They all quit so they're left with people with no understanding of the job and they still improve anything.
