The most horrible company one can ever work for.

Realistically, there are no good reasons to work here.

Cons

The managers here are weak and spineless and have sold their conscience and soul over to the CEO, who micro- manages almost everything. The managers in the Finance department are particularly weak, malicious , and hypocritical. All the mangers are ever so fearful of Phil that they literally tremble in front of him. What a culture!!
