Pros
Leadership strategy aligns with my values. Big, exciting projects. Always learning new toolings/ connectors.
Cons
Need to be able to work in a chaotic environment, and be comfortable with fighting fires. Canadian benefits package is not competitve to the industry. Vacation offerings are low and there is no RRSP employer match.
