It's a start

Pros

If you are looking for a quick job to give you experience in a "technical support" position then this is a decent start. they will help pay for your A+ Net+ and Security + certifications but that is just about it

Cons

Cant over achieve. not worth moving up in the company; the raise is a joke and they give you excessive amounts of work to do. it is better to stay on the phones and maintain you metrics. you get written up for little to nothing here. this is coming from someone who never got written up till i was promoted; i was initially written up for helping other agents on the floor.
