Pros

Salary always on time, paid-overtime whenever possible. It's a great job for students.

Cons

Micro-management, overwhelming extra work ever since the merge with T-Mobile, no offline activities, unfair queues (some take 40 calls per day, others take 10), impossible working hours with no possibility of a flexible schedule & low salaries.

Easy work, not much brain power required and that's pretty much it.

Cons

Don't expect a lot of satisfaction Short breaks: 60m total break time, with a maximum of 15m per break Old computers, uncomfortable chairs
