flexible hours and some overtime

no raises at all and the incentive program only works when there are calls coming in.

None. This company is run by a CEO who doesn't care about their employees from the top to bottom. In my 10+ years I never meet the CEO.

Cons

Didn't get a pay raise in over 8 years. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Worse starting pay for industry.
