CGS has no room for advancement and "managment " could care less about anyone but themselves.

Pros

its a job Work the night shift, so management is gone majority of my shift They are fair with time off requests as long as their put in advance . No micromanagemnt as long as you get your work done

Cons

Managment only care about themselves and ones closest to their circle HR is loud, annoying and distracting No room for advancement or personal growth They fire more than they hire and expect people who have been here to pick up their slack
